Our story
The mechanic Clovis keeps recommending
At Midtown Automotive And Mobile Repair, we believe getting your car fixed shouldn't feel like a gamble. Customers come to us after other shops have given up, like the '08 Lexus alternator job another shop couldn't handle, and they stay because we explain every repair in plain language, keep you updated throughout, and never charge for work you don't need. One customer drove off without paying a dime because the problem turned out to be minor, and that's exactly how we think it should work.
We're open seven days a week, because breakdowns don't wait for Monday. Set an appointment online, call, or text, and if your car can't come to us, our mobile repair service means we can come to it. From diagnostics that get you through smog to charging-system replacements, we do the job with the care of a shop that plans to see you again.

What customers say
“This is hands down the best mechanic I have had in a long time. He is legit, very knowledgeable, and his communication skills are awesome. He kept me updated the whole time and advised me of other things that may need attention. Besides that, he is open 7 days a week. To me, that is a person who is serious about his business.”
“Chris is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely great at what he does. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand, and you can tell he truly has a heart for his work and for helping people. If you're looking for an honest, skilled, and dependable mechanic, look no further.”
“Chris came out to his shop on a Sunday, and inspected it. It turned out to be a minor problem, which he fixed but refused to accept any payment for. Chris was very knowledgable, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend his services!”
